- Development of a single use case will not be distributed across locations. So work will be organized by functionality and not by role or activity.
- Developer will be assigned to one use case. He/she will be responsible for the deliverable, including bug fixing.
- Use scrum-based visibility meetings to monitor progress.
- Extensive use of tools that will increase developer's productivity.
